Bad Tenants

Bad Tenants – While 97% of residents are awesome, there is 3% that are just plain bad. They don’t pay their rent or honor their rental agreement. In addition they disrespect the landlord, fellow residents and the property. If you are unable to reach an agreement with the bad tenant then you have to be decisive and get rid of them. ZERO TOLERANCE!
